The firm offers all legal services relating to intellectual property from traditional copyright and neighbouring rights, and trademark, design and patent matters, to the ever-changing law of software, IT and biotechnology. The practice deals with all legal issues relating to intellectual property within various business sectors such as media, telecommunications, IT, publishing, pharmaceuticals, construction and manufacturing and encompasses the drafting and negotiation of licensing and other IP related agreements, the registration of trademarks, and the enforcement and protection of IP rights, including through IP litigation.
