The Firm provides legal services in the area of public procurement both to contracting authorities and public procurement participants (suppliers). Representing the contracting authorities we draft procurement conditions, other tender documentation, participate in the procedures of assessment of suppliers’ tenders, negotiation procedures and legal proceedings.
Our services offered to the public procurement participants include consultations on the regulation of public procurement procedures (including matters of preparation of tenders, entry into and performance of contracts, etc.), representation in the process of negotiations, preparation of claims for the contracting authorities, complaints to the Public Procurement Office, and representation in legal disputes against contracting authorities.
