The traditional lawyers’ role includes providing assistance in resolving all kinds of disputes, both in pre-trial and at all levels of court proceedings: first instance, appellate and cassation. The practice includes the negotiation and drafting of settlements, the drafting of claims, statements, requests, submissions and all other kinds of procedural document, and the representation of clients in court proceedings and throughout the enforcement process of judgements or arbitral awards.

Representing the interests of UAB Rolvika in their litigation and settlement with JV JSC Altersolutions to recover EUR 200,000 of debt;
Representing the interests of a major Baltic insurance company in its subrogation litigation to recover debt in Belarus;
Advising a Baltic group of companies on the restructuring and collection of debts from a loan agreement of EUR 1.2 million.
