The firm assists clients in initiating, executing and monitoring bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings, represents the interests of owners or creditors in meetings of creditors and in courts and renders a full range of services for companies intending to enter into restructuring, including initiation and drafting of a restructuring plan, and representation in courts and in relations with the creditors.
Experience
Experience
Representing a Cyprus company in the bankruptcy proceedings of its counterparty, the manufacturing company Tiplast Company, for restitution of property which was lawfully acquired before the initiation of bankruptcy but not transferred to our client;
Advising and representing a foreign client in the bankruptcy proceedings of the Belarusian company Belbiznessvyaz for the recovery of unsecured debt;
Advising and representing a German IT company, the former shareholder of a bankrupt company, in the recovery of dividends and value of a part of a property, and debt recovery under a loan agreement and a purchase-sale contract.
