Has broad experience in advising international clients on various Lithuanian law matters. Has been advising in numerous international transactions carried out in Lithuania, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate projects, project finance, private equity, etc. Has been involved as counsel in the following major transactions:
 
Advising investors on the acquisition of a shopping centre in Utena
Advising the Finnish Fur Auction on business financing in Lithuania (for 5 successive years)
Advising Verdispar, a Norwegian real estate management and investment fund, on the purchase and leaseback transaction valued at EUR 50 million
Advising Latvenergo AS, a Latvian energy power supply enterprise, on entering the Lithuanian electric energy market
Advising Lithuanian investors on the privatisation of HIP-Azotara d.o.o., one of the largest Serbian fertilizer manufacturer
Legal due diligence of one of the largest security printing companies in Baltic States.
Advising one of the main shipping companies in Lithuania on restructuring and in negotiations with 3 banks on refinancing issues.
Representing the client in Vienna and ICC arbitrations. Total value of the claims – over EUR 8 million.
Representing a pool of creditors in Snoras bank bankruptcy and in the split-up of Ūkio bank.
Has been acting as lead counsel to Lithuanian investors in the ICSID arbitration case against the Serbian Government
