Providing legal services to Pajūrio rezidencija UAB in restructuring procedures, advising on litigation matters

Participation in preparation of a study on the evaluation of Lithuanian legal framework through the scope of corporate social responsibility with a view of identifying norms and factors promoting or restraining CSR development in the country

Advising on corporate law matters, including incorporation of legal entities, sale and purchase of shares, transfer of voting rights, reorganisation, etc.

Advising and representing clients in litigation matters in connection with shareholders’ personal responsibility
