Ms. Darya Zhuk has a broad experience in advising international clients on Belarusian and cross-border legal matters. She advised сlients in many significant international transactions taking place in Belarus in recent years including investment projects, privatizations, mergers and acquisitions, etc. Recent projects include:
Currently advising VMG group of companies - the leading wood-processing company in the Eastern Europe on the unique “green-field” investment project in the wood-processing industry of Belarus. The value of the Project is more than Euro 70 mln.
Advising Group Franck Muller (G.F.M) Watchland S.A. on the process of privatisation of the Minsk Factory of Clocks – maker of the famous 'Luch' brand watches, inter alia carrying out Due Dilligence and working out a sale and purchase of shares transaction. The value of the investment is more than USD 12 mln.
