Representative projects

Took part in conducting legal due diligence of the major Belarusian wood-processing company for the purpose of its acquisition by the foreign investor. Eugenia Urodnich was in charge of examination of licenses, authorizations and consent, loan and financing agreements, iintellectual property and data protection, ecological issues.
Took part in advising foreign investor in respect of purchasing real property, industrial equipment and material assets, belonging to English company and located in Belarus. Eugenia Urodnich was responsible for tax and contractual issues.
Took part in advising Middle Eastern company in respect of establishment of distribution network with European contractors through Belarusian agent. Eugenia Urodnich was in charge of banking, state regulatory and contractual issues.
