Handles civil law cases involving intellectual property, insurance, real estate, bankruptcy, restructuring, competition and other matters, also deals with criminal and administrative law cases. Acting as co-arbitrator in several shareholder disputes
Acting as co-arbitrator in several disputes between investors and a municipality owned energy company with the total amount of claims of around EUR 100 million
Acting as counsel in a number of disputes resolved under the ICC, VCCA and UNCITRAL Rules
Acting as counsel to foreign states in recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards
Acting as counsel to investors in a number of taxation disputes brought before the Supreme Administrative Court
Acting as counsel to several legal entities in financial crime cases
Advising a state institution in negotiating the terms of EUR 10 million contract on electronic information systems with an international company
