Represents clients before the national courts of all instances and arbitral tribunals. Handles civil law cases involving intellectual property, insurance, real estate, bankruptcy, restructuring, competition and other matters, also deals with criminal and administrative law cases. Some examples of major cases include:
 
Acting as co-arbitrator in several shareholder disputes
Acting as co-arbitrator in several disputes between investors and a municipality owned energy company with the total amount of claims of around EUR 100 million
Acting as counsel in a number of disputes resolved under the ICC, VCCA and UNCITRAL Rules
Acting as counsel to foreign states in recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards
Acting as counsel to investors in a number of taxation disputes brought before the Supreme Administrative Court
Acting as counsel to several legal entities in financial crime cases
Advising a state institution in negotiating the terms of EUR 10 million contract on electronic information systems with an international company
Advising and representing such well-known international and local companies as Groupe Ferrero, Microfibres Inc., Philip Morris, Ergo, Kraft Foods, Western Shipyard, Mercedes–Benz Bank, Diageo, Zino Davidoff, Pfizer and some other
