Advising Garsų Pasaulis UAB, a leading Lithuanian printing house, on its joint venture arrangement with Polska Wytwornia Papierow Wartosciowych S.A. for the production and supply of new Lithuanian electronic identity documents and personalisation equipment

Advising Crudex, a Russian exporter of petroleum and petrochemical products, in its acquisition of shares in a Cyprus-based company eligible to acquire part of a business centre developed in Moscow

Advising one of the world’s biggest US-based providers of communication and IT services

Advising one of the largest IT products distributors in Eastern Europe on local incorporation and taxation matters
