Representative projects
Represents clients in trial and pre-trial procedures, handles civil law and administrative law cases involving real estate, construction, PPP (including public procurement), environmental, territorial planning, energy supply and other matters. Some examples of major cases include:
Representing a general contractor in the construction of a hotel belonging to Europe’s largest hotel groups and also in disputes brought before the courts of all instances over contractual relations and any damage caused, giving advice in residential housing development and construction projects, also in the construction of one of the biggest shopping centres in Lithuania
Representing national legal entities in public procurement arrangements, including transport and environmental infrastructure development projects of at least EUR 10 million financed by the Cohesion Fund
Representing a local shipbuilding company before the courts of all instances in the contract performance dispute worth EUR 3 million
Representing a major Lithuanian retail chain before the competition authorities and the courts of all instances on the issues of anti-competitive practices
Representing heat and hot water producers and suppliers before the national courts in disputes arising out of price regulation exercised by the state
Representing a local producer before the courts of all instances in the dispute over disclosure of confidential information by an employee
Dealing with the legality of construction projects and any related consequences in the national courts
