Representative projects

Has been advising on the structural, financial and legal aspects of the following publicly known successful projects:
Lease (concession) of the Vilnius District Heating Company to French Dalkia with the upcoming conversion of the energy production base from gas to bio-fuel
Representing Lietuvos Energija AB in the Kaunas Hydropower Plant Reconstruction Project
Development of the Wind Farm Project on the Lithuanian coastline by German and Lithuanian partners
Operation (including via his service on the Board) of Joint Lithuanian and Swedish Venture Genčių Nafta, an oil exploration company set up in the north-west of Lithuania, and successful resolution of the dispute among its shareholders
Development of the shopping area occupying 60 hectares in Vilnius, including construction of the Siemens Arena, the Vichy Water Park and the Ozas Shopping and Entertainment Centre jointly with German partners
Construction in Vilnius of the first school in the post-Soviet times under a PPP arrangement valued at EUR 60 million
