GLIMSTEDT sponsored “IBA Legal Business Conference”, held in Vilnius

On May 3-4, 2012 the regional conference “IBA Legal Business Conference”, organised by the International Bar Association, was held in Vilnius, Lithuania. Law firm GLIMSTEDT sponsored the conference. Managing partner Vitaly Kachelya and partner Darya Zhuk took part in this event on behalf of the Minsk office of GLIMSTEDT.

Among the topics at the conference there were global trends in legal business, numerous aspects of law firm management, insight partner structure, strategies and practice in world and regional expansion of law firms. The sections of the conference regarding the goals and expectations of clients from their lawyers and legal services, relationships with clients and satisfaction of their needs and wants, efficient and fair pricing for legal services were of particular value.

The organizers provided an opportunity for the participants to talk with Finance Minister of Lithuania Ingrida Šimonytė and Mayor of the Vilnius City Municipality Artūras Zuokas during the informal breakfast.
